A whole-animal box from our partners at Yajambee Farms, Mount Mee. Family-run, 100% grass fed and finished, paddock to plate.
Every box is a little different, because that's what nose-to-tail actually means.
Here's what you'll find:
  • 2–3 x premium steaks: T-bone, rump or Y-bone (lucky dip on the day)
  • 1 x roast:  topside, blade, rolled rib or silverside
  • 1 x slow-cook cut: brisket, beef ribs or osso bucco
  • 2kg mince and sausages, for the weeknights that need to be easy
  • The odd bonus round: think tomahawk, diced or stir-fry strips
Roughly 8–10 meals, no two boxes the same.
That's the deal with using the whole animal: less waste, better value, and you get to cook cuts you might not normally reach for.
