Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

An olive variety originating in Spain, Arbequina has a soft, buttery texture and gentle bitterness. It shows notes of cut grass, walnut and warm spice with a subtle peppery finish. 

Incredibly versatile, the perfect option for dishes that call for balance. Think subtle salad dressings, mayonnaise/aioli, sweet and savoury baking applications, paella, confiting or just about anything you throw at it.

All Mount Zero Olive Oil is cold-pressed (room temperature) just hours after harvest to maintain premium quality. Their 100% Australian olive oils come from the first pressing of the olives which is what the term 'extra virgin' refers to.
