Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To join our program, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Live in Australia

  • Be an active subscriber

  • Provide valid social media links or content samples

  • Agree to our terms and maintain respectful, non-misleading promotion of Funky Food


2. Affiliate Conduct

We expect all affiliates to:

  • Promote Funky Food truthfully and ethically.

  • Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentation.

  • Represent Funky Food in a positive and respectful light.

  • Only share your unique discount code and affiliate link through your own channels (no spam or mass-sharing in coupon sites).


3. Prohibited Advertising Practices

We value fair play. Affiliates must not:

  • Bid on Funky Food brand name, product names, or any related keywords on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.

  • Use variations, misspellings, or close matches of our brand name to manipulate search results.

Violation of this may lead to:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

  • Forfeiture of any pending commissions.


4. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a percentage of every successful sale through their own discount code.

  • Commission structure may vary by tier or campaign.

  • Commission is only valid for purchases made through your unique affiliate link.


5. Payout & Tracking

  • Payouts will be made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal, based on the prior month’s confirmed orders.

  • Commissions are tracked via unique links. If tracking fails due to user cookies/settings, commissions cannot be manually applied.


6. Discount Code Use

  • Affiliates will receive a personal code through email once your application is approved.

  • You will also receive a follower discount code for sharing.

  • Codes are only valid for new customers and cannot be abused for personal use.


7. Account Termination

Funky Food reserves the right to:

  • Reject or remove affiliates who breach any guidelines.

  • Withhold commission if abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

  • Cancel the program or modify terms at any time.


8. Agreement

By ticking the box on this form, you confirm that:

  • You’ve read and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.

  • You understand that violating any of the terms may result in termination from the program.
